## Responsibilities:
πŸ“Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource & Administration department.
πŸ“Records Maintenance: Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate.
πŸ“Recruitment Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
πŸ“Welfare Coordination: Organize and coordinate welfare and recreational activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
πŸ“Safety & Health: Support the Workplace Safety & Health committee and related activities.
πŸ“Safety & Benefits Management: Administer and oversee employees’ safety equipment and benefits.

## Requirements:
πŸ“Educational Background: Minimum β€œO” level with relevant experience. Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred
πŸ“Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience within HR administration support
πŸ“Skills: Strong team player with initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
