Randall Reilly Human Resources is looking for a Jr. HR Generalist

Who we are: Randall Reilly provides data-driven solutions for clients in the Trucking, Construction, Driver Recruiting, and Agriculture markets.

The most qualified Jr. HR Generalist is resourceful and focused on supporting the HR department to ensure smooth and efficient business operations for the benefit of all Associates on behalf of the Company. The core tenets of HR certification are valuable in successfully fulfilling the expectations of this role. Having at least a working understanding of business operations, above-average communication skills, and proven success in a similar role following college are essential.

Overview of what you would do:
• Assist with administering company benefits.
• Support the payroll and operations processes.
• Assist with the corporate recruiting function.
• Direct responsibilities in the oversight of the HRIS.
• Lead responsibilities for the HR website with third-party development oversight.
• Assist with internal and external communication projects.
• Maintain department recordkeeping.
• Assist in identifying local and national regulations and employment laws that may impact Associates.

Required: current SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided following applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $50,000/year – $60,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
