Project Coordinator – 9 Month Contract at Kobalt Music

Job Description:
• Coordinate cybersecurity projects end-to-end from collecting project details during sales handoff
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure project success by maintaining a high level of accountability for project health
• Organize and facilitate project meetings
• Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Ensure projects are executed within the defined timeline and budget
• Utilize advanced project management and document collaboration tools
• Weekly project reporting to keep internal stakeholders informed
• Effectively navigate and manage conflicts that may arise
• Support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:
• A post-secondary degree in Project Management or another related field with 2+ years of experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based software and project management tools, such as Google Workspace, Confluence, and Monday.com
• Proven ability to serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Ability to successfully coordinate and deliver projects within a defined timeline and budget
• Ability to prioritize while utilizing time management skills
• Versatility to work independently and collaboratively with a passion for cybersecurity and a detail-oriented mindset
