Position: Private Detectives and Investigators
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $50–$95/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
• Design questions related to the occupation of Private Detectives and Investigators using professional experience.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to a top AI research project.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of content to improve AI model performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine and enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal and project needs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Private Detectives and Investigators.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
Compensation & Legal
• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
