We are looking for a high-performing Virtual Assistant who is fluent in both English and Spanish and experienced in digital marketing, admin support, and customer service. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and use modern AI tools to improve efficiency.Responsibilities:Social Media & Online ListingsManage and post on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and Google BusinessSchedule and publish content across platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)Respond to customer messages and leads in real timeMarketing & AI ToolsRun and monitor Google Ads and Microsoft AdsCreate ad copy, keywords, and marketing assetsUse AI tools for prompting, generating content, automation, and researchAssist with SEO tasks and keyword optimizationManage blog content, formatting, and postingAccounting & AdminPerform QuickBooks tasks: reconciliation, invoicing, and expense trackingMaintain spreadsheets, data entry, and reportingOrganize documents, files, and weekly admin tasksCustomer ServiceHandle customer inquiries in English and SpanishManage WhatsApp, phone calls, email responses, and follow-upsProvide a professional and friendly experience for all clientsRequirements:Bilingual: English + Spanish (Required)Experience with social media platforms and marketplace listingsQuickBooks knowledge (reconciliation + invoicing)Familiar with SEO, blogs, and basic digital marketingComfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)Strong communication skills and fast response timeReliable internet and ability to work US hours (EST preferred)Preferred Skills (not required, but a plus):Google Ads or Microsoft Ads certificationExperience with CRM toolsBlogging, copywriting, or content creationBasic graphic design (Canva)
