You’ll support attorneys and paralegals with casework and client coordination and serve as an account manager for our Access+ clients. You’ll help with light collections (failed payments, payment plans, follow‑ups) in coordination with finance/operations, and keep client records accurate in our systems. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail‑oriented, and proactive about closing loops with clients and teammates.
