What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager you’ll combine client leadership, strategy, and performance ownership:
• Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Lead client calls: check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews
• Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand
• Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals
• Own PPC performance outcomes — wins, challenges, and next steps
• Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed
• Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints

• A motivated, high-performing PPC team
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ year experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or a client-facing role
• Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and human
• Leadership or mentoring experience (a big plus)
• A problem-solver who takes ownership, not excuses
• Comfortable working fully remote with async tools
