We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator with a solid experience in utilizing Gusto for payroll processing and compliance oversight in various states across the United States. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of employer regulations and payroll compliance, along with the capability to manage intricate HR procedures effectively. Immediate needs: Candidate must hit the ground running! Gusto is currently in use for a distributed team across multiple sates. Several states are pending completion of registration, or chasing down of company IDs. All information will be provided; need someone skilled in navigating government/state websites, making calls in English, as needed, and using general research skills.
Must be available to start within 1-2 days.
