Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor and manage all social media channels, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, industry news, and platform updates to keep CVunlocked’s social media presence relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader campaigns.
- Develop and manage influencer and brand collaboration strategies to expand audience reach.
- Utilize social listening tools to track audience sentiment and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course from a reputable institution.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including copywriting, graphics, and video editing (basic proficiency).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights for performance improvement.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and viral content.
- Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
