NOTE: This is not a medical position. This is a digital marketing role focused on client success in the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics field.

What You’ll Do:

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for our MedSpa and aesthetic clinic clients—ensuring they achieve success with their campaigns and stay long-term.

You’ll support providers offering services like RF microneedling, skin resurfacing, body contouring, injectables, facials, and more. Your job is to ensure these clinics are acquiring new clients through our systems and maximizing the ROI of their campaigns.

You’ll manage 40–50 client accounts, lead onboarding, conduct check-ins, provide campaign feedback, coach them on how to use our systems, and collaborate with our internal team to help them win.

Why This Role Is Unique:
• You’ll work exclusively with MedSpas, aesthetic clinics, and wellness providers
• You’ll be exposed to trending beauty treatments like Ultra Laser Facials, Potenza RF Microneedling, eCO2 resurfacing, and more
• Your day-to-day will involve coaching beauty professionals, reviewing appointment bookings and ad campaigns, and helping clients fill their calendars with aesthetic consults and treatments
• You’ll become an expert in beauty-focused client acquisition and loyalty marketing

Responsibilities:
• Be the primary point of contact for 40–50 aesthetic clients
• Conduct onboarding calls and teach clients our proprietary lead generation and conversion systems
• Run biweekly check-ins to review campaigns and ensure success
• Teach clients how to use our CRM, loyalty programs, and AI tools
• Review ad performance, appointment data, and campaign trends to help clinics grow
• Coach clients through low-performing periods and help implement bounce-back strategies
• Relay campaign feedback to our internal team
• Implement upsells (e.g., memberships, event marketing) and referral strategies
• Maintain client churn below 8% and consistently hit monthly KPIs for referrals, testimonials, and upsells

Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ year in client success, account management, or hospitality
• Experience or strong interest in digital marketing or the aesthetics industry
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Coachable and willing to role-play communication strategies
• Able to manage fast-moving client conversations and take initiative
• Available full-time with 8-hour EST time zone overlap

Compensation:
• Base salary + performance bonuses
• On-target earnings range: $50,000 – $70,000 USD annually
• Bonuses based on client retention, upsells, referrals, and success milestones
