Bilingual Account Executive (Federal Public Sector & Quebec Market)

Remote Location: Ottawa–Gatineau or Montreal

A Canadian leader in enterprise communications and customer-experience technology is seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to take ownership of a mature, relationship-driven portfolio covering the Federal Government of Canada and the Quebec French-speaking market.

This opportunity exists due to a planned retirement and includes a structured transition with the outgoing AE.

If you have experience selling CCaaS, UCaaS and you’re looking for a role where relationships matter more than cold calling, this is a rare chance to step directly into a warm territory with meaningful impact from day one.

What You Will Own
• Strategic Federal Government clients across multiple departments
• Quebec public-sector and commercial enterprise accounts
• Full sales cycle for CCaaS/UCaaS/CX and Microsoft Teams–integrated solutions
• Demos, scoping sessions, proposals, and RFP/RFQ participation
• Account expansion, renewals, migrations, and multi-site transformation programs

What You Bring
• Bilingual (English/French) — written and spoken
• Experience selling CX, CCaaS, UCaaS, telephony, UC, SaaS, or adjacent enterprise communications
• Ability to communicate with senior IT leaders and business stakeholders
• Comfortable navigating Federal procurement or long-cycle enterprise sales
• Professional maturity and a relationship-first approach
• Experience in Ottawa/Gatineau or Quebec markets is a strong advantage
• Existing public-sector relationships are considered a major bonus
