As a result of our success, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data and Infrastructure team. Upon selection, the successful candidate will embark on their apprenticeship journey with Clarify, bringing their enthusiasm and dedication to our team.

The Data Analyst is an internal facing role responsible for supporting the business’ use of , Sales Loft and other systems critical to the delivery of sales activities both for Clarify’s clients and for our own sales teams. The Data Analyst provides timely and accurate reporting to support sales productivity and sharing of key KPI’s both internally and to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Support of Clarify’s Salesforce instance including importing data, reporting requirements etc

· 1st line Sales Operations support

· Providing data to support client facing presentations/reporting requirements

· Data manipulation of large data sets from multiple sources

· Provide day to day reporting and process management

· Provide operational support for sales forecasting for Clarify

· Using Excel/Salesforce to get to the correct data output/reporting format

· Other ad hoc responsibilities as and when required e.g. reporting for Finance, Talent Team

Skills and Behaviours

· Experience of working with Excel would be an advantage

· Excellent attention to detail

Learning and Training

You will be participating in on-the-job training and educational programs to develop foundational IT skills and knowledge.
• Please note this is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in our office based in Theale 3 days per week*
