About RoleExperienced HR support professional with a client-facing role, providing day-to-day HR solutions and project support. Skilled in compliance, software management, and recruitment efforts. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively. Proficient in data analysis and creating client deliverables. A problem solver with a true passion for HR and a focus on staying updated with industry trends. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HR technology, project management, and change management principles.What You Will Do
• Day-to-day HR support: Support a team of HR Managers who are working with modern clients to be their day-to-day HR solution.
• Project Support: Supporting a variety of client HR projects in conjunction with the HR Managers including organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, supporting the analysis and design of compensation plans and additional ad hoc requests as needed. Assisting in KPI reporting and project tracking as required.
• Compliance Support: Ensuring all HR processes are aligned with local employment laws and issues, ensuring compliance standards are met for each jurisdiction.
• Software Management: Review and manage client software updates, and changes and spearhead implementation where necessary.
• Recruitment Support: Support and manage the client recruitment efforts alongside the HR Team including preparing job outlines, reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating client interviews, and conducting reference checks.

Who You Are
• A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing HR support role.
• A degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Time Management: Self-motivated and the ability to be flexible to meet client needs, deadlines and time management budgets.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to make deliverables client-ready.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data, documents, reports, etc., with meticulous attention to detail.
• PowerPoint and Google Slides: Experience making client deliverables and presentations with direction from an HR Manager.
• Problem Solving: Ability to work through a problem with limited information and to take a problem or situation to the next steps.
• A true passion for HR: This means staying up to date with trends in the market and having an interest in how HR will evolve 10 to 15 years from now.
• Organizational skills: Clients rely on our team to be very organized and efficient in their approach to solving the client’s problem and implementing the solutions.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Our team needs to interact with many of the client’s employees at various levels of the organization and must provide exceptional and professional customer service at all times.
• HR Technology: Experience with HR systems & programs including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, HRIS, and Payroll software.
• Project Management: A working knowledge of project management principles and best practices. Change Management experience is ideal.
