## Responsibilities:
📍Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Human Resource & Administration department.
📍Records Maintenance: Keep employee records up-to-date and accurate.
📍Recruitment Support: Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
📍Welfare Coordination: Organize and coordinate welfare and recreational activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
📍Safety & Health: Support the Workplace Safety & Health committee and related activities.
📍Safety & Benefits Management: Administer and oversee employees’ safety equipment and benefits.

## Requirements:
📍Educational Background: Minimum “O” level with relevant experience. Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field is preferred
📍Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience within HR administration support
📍Skills: Strong team player with initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
