What

You’ll Do
• Talent Management & Acquisition – Lead full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives for purpose‑led clients.
• Employee Relations & Engagement – Provide strategic guidance through retention, training, and culture‑building in remote‑first environments.
• Performance & Development – Create actionable development plans, design high‑performance frameworks, and support career growth.
• Personal Brand & Influence Building – Use platforms like Linked In, Zoom, and digital tools to amplify your career through attraction marketing, thought leadership and global reach.
• Organisational Change & Culture Consulting – Drive change initiatives and support clients in aligning values with scalable, human‑first practices and success education principals.
• Learning & Development Advocacy – Champion mindset, leadership, and performance mentoring tools that support confidence, resilience, and self‑leadership.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (talent acquisition, mentoring, leadership development, or similar), ideally in multi‑state or global settings.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and aligning people strategy with personal business goals.
• Proficiency in interpreting engagement metrics and driving process improvements.
• Confidence in digital platforms (Zoom, Linked In, email marketing, CRM tools, etc.).
• A strong online presence, or the willingness to develop one, and the ability to share your voice authentically.
• Exceptional communication, independent‑leadership, and storytelling skills.
