Project Coordinator
Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a passion for maritime and/or industrial engineering? Lion Marine Group is looking for a dedicated professional to manage exciting projects from start to finish. Based in Capelle aan den IJssel, this full‑time role offers flexibility with the opportunity for remote work. You will lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage projects related to maritime and industrial engineering solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the maritime or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
