This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, CV Unlocked’s Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this page and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.

Subscription Pause Requests

Clients who wish to pause their subscription must submit the request at least 5 days before their next billing date. Requests made fewer than 5 days before renewal will take effect from the following billing cycle; the upcoming charge will still be processed as scheduled and is non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client portal or by emailing ac******@********ed.com. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only and does not reverse charges already processed for the current cycle. Access to the Services continues through the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Because our Services begin immediately upon subscription with resume work and job applications submitted daily, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where:

• An unauthorized charge has occurred on your account; or
• A verified billing error has occurred (e.g., incorrect amount charged, charge processed after a valid cancellation, or duplicate charge).

To request a refund, email ac******@********ed.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first at ac******@********ed.com to resolve any billing concern before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed for authorized charges covering Services already delivered may result in suspension of your account and will be contested with evidence of service delivery. See Section 05.4 of our Terms of Service for full details.
