Refund Policy

Dear Valued Client,

We hope you are doing well. We would like to inform you of an update to our refund policy. As part of our ongoing effort to maintain clarity and improve our service experience, we have introduced a revised refund and subscription management policy that will take effect immediately.

Under the updated policy:

Subscription pause requests: Client who wish to pause their subscription must submit the request at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. Request made less than 5days before the renewal date will take effect from the following billing cycle.

Cancellation: Client may cancel their subscription at any time through the billing portal. However, cancellation will apply to future billing cycles and will not reverse charges that has already been processed.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where an unauthorized charge or verified billing error has occured. Once a billing cycle begins, services for that cycle are considered active and payments are non-refundable.

These updates will help us maintain a fair and transparent billing process while ensuring we continue to deliver consistent service to all our clients.
