CVUnlocked provides subscription-based support for job seekers, including resume optimization, job applications, LinkedIn assistance, and career guidance. While we apply on your behalf, we do not guarantee interviews or job offers.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (resume details, job preferences, personal info) is accurate and complete.
03. Payments and Billing
All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes (HST).
Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Paystack, or Flutterwave.
04. Refund Policy
Because our services begin immediately and applications are submitted daily, we do not provide refunds once a subscription period has started. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at info@cvunlocked.com
05. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated details for resumes, cover letters, and job preferences.
- Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarifications.
- Use your client portal and shared folders responsibly (do not share access without permission
06. Intellectual Property
All content on the CVUnlocked website (including text, branding, logos, tools, and documentation) is owned by CVUnlocked or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
07. Limitation of Liability
CVUnlocked is not liable for:
- Employer decisions regarding interviews or job offers.
- Technical issues on third-party job boards or application platforms.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
08. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you:

- Misuse our platform, portal, or shared resources.
09. Changes to Terms
