Job Description

The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, motivated, energetic, ambitious,
analytical, persuasive, detail focus and results-driven hybrid Sales Manager/Relationship
Manager that lives up to company culture and values to help us continue growing the
Flywire brand in Canada.

Based in Atlantic Canada, the successful candidate will work with an existing portfolio of
clients in the education space to build strong relationships, drive revenue through
marketing, training and integration of Flywire solutions as well as sign new customers to
grow the portfolio. This is an amazing opportunity for an extraordinary and talented
sales/relationship management professional to introduce and grow a unique and highly
successful payment platform in the education market in Atlantic Canada.
The right candidate must display a passion for helping educational institutions to enhance
the lives of students.

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Look For:

This position requires the candidate to reside and work remotely in Atlantic Canada.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Canada, the Sales Manager/Relationship
Manager will be responsible for:
• Driving new client acquisition with a focus on post-secondary
• Drive revenue growth with existing clients by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals.
• Perform client onboarding, marketing, training, and support activities to maximize growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value- added services.
• Lead integration projects alongside the Solutions team to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt.
• Create strategic account plans for key clients to maximize utilization, growth and revenue.
• Manage all commercial activities – internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion.
• Become the established internal expert corresponding with your account portfolio and market
• Take care of Client issues that may arise
