$25.00–$28.00 per hour | 8–20 hours per week

About the Role

Jetstream Personnel Consulting is a recruitment and staffing agency based in Lloydminster, AB/SK, proudly serving Western Canada for over 15 years. We are currently seeking a personable and organized Part-Time Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting recruitment and administrative processes. While the position is work-from-home, preference will be given to candidates located in Saskatoon, SK or Lloydminster, AB/SK due to occasional in-person meetings.

What We Offer
• Competitive hourly wage: $25.00–$28.00/hr, based on experience and education
• Flexible part-time schedule (8–20 hours per week; 8 hours guaranteed)

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
• Posting job advertisements
• Reviewing and screening resumes
• Conducting initial candidate interviews
• Coordinating pre-employment screening and reference checks
• Preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Support current employees and contractors
• Manage social media activity, including posting job opportunities and responding to general inquiries
• Enter and maintain candidate and client information in ATS software
• Provide general administrative support as required

Qualifications & Skills
• Previous recruitment and/or HR experience is preferred
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Pro; willingness to learn ATS software
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing abilities
• Experience with social media management is considered an asset
• General understanding of HR administrative processes and best practices
